Are you pointing fingers?

For us believers, it is very important that we remember where we came from.  No, I’m not talking about the genealogy of the cause and who your earthly parents are; but, I’m talking about from the curse of Adam and Eve in the garden.  See, we were ALL born into sin no matter whom we are or who our parents are.  Some of us grew up in the faith and have been “in the church” all of our lives and some of us didn’t find our way until later in life.  The point I want to make now is this.  Just because you see another fall or another person battling something does not make them any less likely to see Heaven than you.  What are you saying, Lady Monica?  I’m saying don’t judge another person by their sin because they sin differently than you do.  Gasp….. Yes, we all sin in some form or fashion.  We’d be kidding ourselves to say that we don’t.  So, now that we are faced with reality what do we do?  Instead of condemning others for their struggles we should help them out. And, instead of hiding ours we should confess them to our brothers and sisters in order that we may gain the strength needed to help us, along with God, to overcome them.  So, before you start pointing fingers at your brothers and sisters, point that finger at the one facing you in the mirror.  We all are in this together therefore, let us rise up together.

Love and Blessings,

Lady Monica

"In fact when you point your finger" you have three fingers point back at you ? The fall of man, caused a sinful nature to live in side all of us !! Daily we fight to suppress and keep this nature or (narural man) under control. It is olny though the word of God that we keep it under control. We ourselves can't get rid of it, that will happen when the new Kingdom comes. I find it so unnecessary to talk about the spinter in my brothers eye when I have a branch in mine !!
