It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of things and fall into worldly views and actions; therefore as followers of Christ we must be careful of how we react. Everyone knows that there is evil in the world and will be until the final judgment. What can we do about that? Pray. When our brothers or sisters fall into the trap of the evil one we should be praying with and for them. It is that time that we should be a witness and lovingly remind them of the truth. In love we win them to repentance. What do we do? Most begin to gossip, put up articles and pictures on social networks, and call the members of the church to spread the bad news. If only we were so diligent in spreading the “Good News.” When one of us is down we are to extend a hand, an arm, a leg, a heart to help them back up. If they are still unsteady upon standing then be the crutch they need until they can stand alone again. Let us do better. Remember that when we help our brothers or sisters we should look at it as helping Christ. The next time you want to open your mouth to stomp someone further in the ground ask yourself, “Would I do that to the Messiah?”
